Willow Bend Academy is authorized by the Department of Homeland Security to issue a Certificate of Eligibility Form (I-20). During the 2011-2012 school year, our International Students came from Brazil, China, Congo, France, Honduras, Korea, Macao, Mexico, Russia, Thailand, and Vietnam. Procedure for Admission To apply, the following must be completed and supplied to the school office: A complete International Student Application form English translation of student’s most current transcript Copy of student’s passport Immunization record Willow Bend Academy Registration Fee of $250 This can be paid via Paypal. See icon below. I-20 will be sent to international address via Fedex or UPS. Mailing fee can also be paid via Paypal.
